The type of coating is chosen based on environmental conditions and purchaser’s decision considering below types:

• Stainless + Color Coating

• Hot deep Galvanized (ASTM- A123)

• Hot deep Galvanized & epoxy color

• Cool Galvanized (zinca)

As the type of coating and its quality has an important role in metallic structures lifetime, at the end of structure making operation, surfaces become prepared for coating.

In all color-blending stages, with the use of Integrated Coating Thickness, coating thickness are measured by Quality Control department and other tests are also done in relation to regular standards.
